Custom Invitations & Stationery


I am here to work with your budget. All invitations shown can be customized with a layered mat, folded card, petal fold, pocket fold and more. Upgraded paper, ribbon and envelope selections can always be accommodated, and will result in additional fees, just ask for a quote!

If you like my design style but do not see something matching your theme or colors, just contact me and I will be happy to create a one-of-a-kind, custom design invitation and/or stationery item. In the event that you would like me to design a custom invitation for your special event, there is a one time, non-refundable custom design fee to start the design process. The custom design fee ranges from $50 - $100 depending on the complexity of your design. Any photos used in your design that I do not own already is an addition $20 per photo. I will work closely with you to develop your dream invitation or stationery item to work perfectly with your event theme and colors.

A complimentary meeting, either in-person or over the phone is available upon request. Please contact me to set up a date and time that works in your schedule. I am available through email as well. During our meeting we will discuss all the details of your wedding or event, which will include color, themes, or any other special details. For in-person meetings, I will have samples of my invitation designs, paper and ribbon swatches for us to look through. I will gather all your wants and needs from our meeting to come up with the perfect invitation that will add that extra touch to your special day. After our initial meeting, I will create a complimentary invitation design for custom orders along with a pricing estimate. Please allow about 2-3 days for me to work on this information after our meeting.

If you decide that I am the invitation designer for you, a non-refundable deposit will be due to start on your order.  Any deposits will be deducted from your final order total — deposits are not an extra fee. Payments can be made through the Online Store, Etsy Store, or via PayPal. Next, please fill out the "Invitation Order Form" located under the "Ordering" section of my website. I am here if you need help finding the right wording for your invitation. Once I receive your deposit payment, details and wording, I will email you to confirm total amount along with proofs in a digital PDF or JPEG format within 2-3 days for you to review and/or approve. Any changes can be requested at that time. Three rounds of revisions to the wording and layout are included with your deposit. Additional revisions will incur a $20 fee per round. The remaining balance will be due once approval to print has been given.

Shipping is an additional cost per size and weight of order placed.

Final approval in writing is required to begin printing and production — this can be done by filling out the "Final Approval Form" located under the "Ordering" section on my website. The remaining balance will be due once approval to print has been given. Any deposits will be deducted from your final order total — deposits are not an extra fee. Printing begins immediately after your approval and any additional fees have been received. Once final approval has been received no further changes can be made without incurring re-design or printing costs.

It is very important that you thoroughly read your proofs prior to signing for approval. Once final approval is given, Willow Glen waives responsibility for any errors including typesetting, format, grammar, spelling, punctuation or otherwise. If you should choose to reprint after final approval is given, you will be responsible for all costs for additional production, materials and printing.

Wedding Invitations should be ordered 5-7 months prior to the wedding date.
Please allow 3-4 weeks, which includes design, production, printing, assembling and shipping.
Custom design work may take between 4-5 weeks to complete.

Special Events/Party/Shower Invitations should be ordered 2-3 months prior to event date.
Please allow 2-3 weeks, which includes design, production, printing, assembling and shipping.

Event Accessories such as escort cards, programs, menus, table numbers, favor tags and thank you notes; should be considered 4-6 weeks prior to the event. Please allow 2-3 weeks for proofing, printing, production and shipping.

You will be notified when your order is ready and has shipped.
