Need To Cancel An Order

Stationery orders can be canceled with in 2 hours of ordering.
{ CUSTOM ORDERS }
Deposits are non-refundable once any work has been started on your order. However, if work has not been started yet, and you need to cancel your order, I will be happy to refund your deposit.
Returns & Damages

{ RETURNS }
Will be decided by case by case. In some cases you may have to pay for the return shipping.
Damaged Products: If due to my error I will replace the product. If through the post office I will try and file a claim and then replace. Please contact me with in 15 days of receiving to discuss a return. Refunds will issued within 7 days. Personalized Stationery is non-refundable.
{ DAMAGES }
All paintings and stationery are packaged in a 100% recycled rigid mailer, boxes and/or envelopes. However, in the event of any damages during shipping, I ask for the customer to please send a photo of the damaged product and packaging immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, the product must be returned in its original packaging. The cost of all shipping will be met by the customer. Any repairs or replacement will be completed at no additional cost.
Shipping

Shipping is an additional cost per size and weight of order placed. All shipping and postage will be paid for by the client. Standard shipping service is via USPS. Most stationery items are shipped via Ground Advantage (formally 1st Class Mail), which takes 4-6 days. All large quantity orders are ship via Priority Mail, which includes insurance and tracking. If you prefer another shipping method, I am happy to accommodate. Pick-up or hand-delivery may be possible to certain local areas. While packages usually arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery before looking into a non-delivery. Please remember that shipping around the holiday season can be very unpredictable and Priority upgrades are recommended to ensure fast delivery times.

All your personal information is kept private. Willow Glen does not sell any of my customers information. You are only added to my mailing list if you signed yourself up directly.

All designs and concepts are property of Willow Glen. Any work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Willow Glen. Willow Glen reserves the rights to all designs created on a custom basis.
