There is a minimum order quantity of 25 on invitations and most stationery items.
Once you have given approval to print, quantities cannot be changed.

To calculate the total cost of your order, just multiply the price per item/unit shown by the quantity you will need. A deposit is requested on most invitation and stationery items. A deposit is to cover any design time and supplies needed to start on your order. Deposits are non-refundable once any work has been started on your order. However, if work has not been started yet, and you need to cancel your order, I will be happy to refund your deposit. Any deposits will be deducted from your final order total — deposits are not an extra fee. Shipping is an additional cost per size and weight of order placed. I retain the right to adjust my prices to current market conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Willow Glen currently accepts checks or all major credit cards. Credit and debit card payments are processed via the Online Store, PayPal or through my Etsy Shop. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.

It is very important that you thoroughly read your proofs prior to signing for approval. Once final approval is given, Willow Glen waives responsibility for any errors including typesetting, format, grammar, spelling, punctuation or otherwise. If you should choose to reprint after final approval is given, you will be responsible for all costs for the additional production work, material and printing.

Invitation orders will be considered RUSHED if they are needed within a 2 week or less turnaround time, and a week or less on other stationery products. Rush orders will be accepted depending on availability and the complexity of the project. A charge of 20% will be added to your order total. Rush orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed.

If I have not started on your project, your deposit may be refunded. Once work has started on your invitations, deposits are non-refundable. You are responsible for your deposit and any materials (paper, ribbon, etc.) that have been purchased. Because of the personalization of invitations and some stationery products, orders are non-refundable. I make every effort to assure your fully happy with the final product. If I have made an error, I will do my best to correct the situation to your satisfaction.

Due to the nature of my business, products may vary slightly from one to another since they are handcrafted and hand-assembled. I cannot accept returns based on color. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my products that appear on my site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Also, colors can change slightly on press, that is the nature of the printing business. However, I always approve color on press before your full print run to ensure accuracy. I may offer you replacements if you are not happy with your order. This will be based on a case by case scenario. Samples of most of my designs are available for purchase in my Etsy Store. This way you can see the colors, printing and paper quality in person.

Shipping is an additional cost per size and weight of order placed. All shipping and postage will be paid for by the client. Willow Glen is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or invitations that are not delivered. Standard shipping service is via USPS. Samples are shipped via 1st Class Mail. All large quantity orders (invitations, thanks you's, menu's, etc.) are ship via Priority Mail, which includes Insurance and Delivery Confirmation Number.  If you prefer another shipping method, I am happy to accommodate.  Pick-up or hand-delivery may be possible to certain local areas.

While packages usually arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and 6 weeks for international delivery before looking into a non-delivery. Please remember that shipping around the holiday season can be very unpredictable and Priority upgrades are recommended to ensure fast delivery times.

Note: International buyers are responsible for any and all custom charges, taxes and additional postal fees.

Mailing individual invitations will usually incur additional postage based on their weight and size. Always take a finished invitation to your local post office and have them weigh it for you. They will provide you with the accurate postage needed before mailing.
Willow Glen is not responsible for individual invitations that are lost or destroyed through the mailing process.
